Evgeniy Kusmartsev, Media Buying Account Executive specializes in buying local TV and radio space, utilizing local market research and strategic marketing to construct media buying. Kusmartsev identifies the target audience and determines the appropriate marketing strategy. In addition, he is responsible for all aspects of the organization of special events for clients.

In 2006, Kusmartsev worked for Media Bazaar Ad Inc. and assisted with the creation of its real estate magazine, Nedvizhimost'. As an advertising agent, Kusmartsev created advertising packages and guided them through the development of their companies. He was also responsible for radio and television advertisement placement.

Prior to working at Media Bazaar, in 2005, Kusmartsev worked in the marketing department for Bella Terra Magazine, organizing and commercializing entertaining events. From 2003, he has worked for Radio Terra FM, Radio Oriat FM, and Radio Uzbegim Taronasi, managing music, recording commercials and broadcast voiceovers.

Kusmartsev attended Tashkent's University of Economy; majoring in Management, Economy and Finance, prior to immigrating the United States and transferring to Brooklyn College in New York City. Born in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Evgeniy Kusmartsev now lives in Brooklyn, New York. He enjoys reading, preparing great feasts and spending time in the company of his friends.
