The MBJC Annual Awards Ceremony celebrates and honors leaders in the Manhattan Beach community for their outstanding achievements. This year MBJC will present their prestigious awards to five extraordinary individuals at the annual awards dinner, in ode to this dynamic and successful year. "The annual awards ceremony is the most important event of our community. It is the way in which we display appreciation for our leader's achievements, while raising funds towards the maintenance and preservation of our synagogue" says Rubin Margulis, President of MBJC.
The 2007 Community Service Award will go to Dr. Daniel Igor Branovan for his benevolent work with Russian American Jewish community in New York and nationally. The deep commitment of Naomi and her husband and the entire Klass/Greenwald family to the safety and welfare of Israel and its citizens is reflected every week in the pages of The Jewish Press.
